Denise has been in the business of Social and Ballroom Dance since 1973.
She has owned and operated studios in Miami, Atlanta, and, most recently, Colorado.
She is a former World West Rising Star Professional Champion.
She has been awarded Top Instructor and Top Studio internationally five times.
In 1981, Denise received the prestigious title of Master Examiner (Ballroom Dance Judge), awarded by the president of the American Ballroom Company.
Her noteworthy professional performances include ABC Television & Turner Broadcasting.
She was a featured performer on the Dirty Dancing Tour with Vestron Films.
She has taught, performed for, or worked with former President Richard Nixon, Ambassador Andrew Young, Evander Holyfield, Celia Cruz, Rod Stewart, Patti LaBelle, and Gloria Estefan.
Musical credits include appearing with Grupo Niche, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Kaoma, Miami Sound Machine, Arturo Sandoval, and the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra.
She was a Preliminary Talent Judge for the Miss World Pageant in 1989 and an onstage performer on the Miss America Pageant circuit for three consecutive years.
Denise's most notable performance was as a featured halftime performer at Super Bowl XXIX with Tony Bennett and Disney Productions.
